Shipping policy

Once order is placed, it can take upto 7 working days to process your order, once the order is processed we will share you the status on your email id, Text SMS and on whatsapp

Shipping services -

1) Standard shipping for prepaid orders:- we would take 1-2 days for order processing and than after its processed courier company would take 4-7 working days for delivery based on your location/pincode, standard shipping is @Rs.55 chargeable for order valued less than Rs.799 however for any order above Rs.799 standard shipping is free

2) Standard shipping for COD orders:- we would take 1-2 days for order processing and than after its processed courier company would take 4-7 working days for delivery based on your location/pincode, standard COD shipping is chargable in all cases there is no provision for free shipping for COD order, Standard shipping fee of Rs.55 + Rs.29 extra is charged. Rs.29 extra is charged in standard COD shipping by courier company as they pick cash from you and than deposit in your bank account.

3) Express shipping - all the orders placed using express shipping will be delivered within 24 working hours in Tier 1 cities, 48 working hours in Tier 2 cities and in 72 hours in tier 3 cities and in case for ultra rural cities or tier 4 or 5 cities it would take 4 working days 
a Flat fee of Rs.78 is charged for every Express shipping order irrespective of pincode or order value
Tnc for Express shipping:-
i) in case of external forces such as natural disasters delivery time might be impacted by +1 or +2 days based on situation, Blise organic is not responsible for such events however you are entitled for a shipping fee refund of Rs.78 in case if its delayed by +3 days 
ii) incase if any order is received on sunday/ public holidays so it will be processed on next working day and their delivery TAT/promise time/ countdown will be started from next working day only.

iii) some pincodes are not servable for Express shipping. if we received any Express shipping order than we will refund its shipping fee and convert that order into standard shipping, although a consent from the customer is required in such a case, 
iv) cutt of time for Express shipping is 4pm(on working days only) any order received for Express shipping after the cutoff timing will be processed on next working day and their delivery TAT/promise time/ countdown will be started from next working day only.
