Refund policy
Raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery. In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 2 days from the date of delivery. Blise organic will take 2 working days to review your return request If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you would need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. Blise organic will reimburse the courier charges, either in your Paytm wallet/PayPal wallet or bank/UPI depending on Blise organic decision After the product is received, Blise organic will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement would depend upon the stock availability, once the pickup is done than courier could take upto 7 working days to deliver the shipment back to us, once we receive it within 48 hours we will complete the QC, once is passed than only you will be eligible for a replacement or a refund(subject to case*), incase if the QC is failed than Blise organic is not liable for any refund or replacement, In such a scenario, you would need to arrange for the shipment to be picked up from our warehouse at your own expense, incase if QC is failed we will wait for 7 working days for your pickup and incase if pickup is not done than we will dispose the products (Without any notice)
*Please note- for Essential oil products replacement is not available in such a case we offer only refund after successful QC, (for the whole order)
Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
Wrong product delivered Expired product delivered Damaged product delivered
– physical damage/ tampered product or packaging Incomplete
– missing products
Under what conditions return/ replacement request will not be accepted?
1) Opened/used/altered products
2) The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery
Kindly note:- for some order we would not be able to accept the replacement in such scenario only return and refund is possible
